After a heavy storm, our basement flooded and we called Gateway Water & Mold. They arrived quickly, assessed the water damage, and explained exactly what needed to be done. The crew worked efficiently to extract the water and set up drying equipment. They also treated some mold we hadn't noticed before. The whole process was surprisingly straightforward, and our basement feels dry and safe again.
